What's your annual production capacity?
Our factory has an annual production capacity of over 150,000 pieces of outdoor furniture. Actual production schedules and capacity allocation depend on the product models and order requirements.

What kind of package do you use?
Proper package like bubble bags, flat PE bags, corner protector, form boards, and corrugated cartons will be used to protect our chairs & tables from abrasion and damage.
Whats your main products?
We specialize in outdoor metal furniture, including dining chairs, lounge chairs, bar stools, folding chairs, dining tables, coffee tables, bar tables, benches, and outdoor furniture sets. We also offer rope-woven furniture and OEM/ODM customization services.
What's your MOQ?
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces per model for chairs and 100 pieces per model for tables, with up to 3 colors per model.

Can you provide products with customer's design?
Yes, we can. Colors experts guide you from optimizing your concept to the construction of your chairs & table design. Professional insights and recommendations are provided to your idea, eliminating possible flaws in your design. Your preferred style, fabric, material, chair height, backrest, waist support, armrest, and color style are taking into account as we go through your concept. By the end of the process, we can present you with a refined design that accomplishes your goals.
How do you control the quality?
To ensure customer receive our products in sound state, Colors conducts a self-inspection with high-quality standard on raw matericals, semi-finished product and finished products. Our products are qualififed to pass the third party test like SGS, TUV or BV.
Can the logo be customized?
Yes. Colors has rich experience in offering a range of customized options including logo. Clients are able to have their customized logo on shipping marks, chair backs etc. Please contact our sales specialists to if you need any further clarifications.

What is your sample policy?
Samples are charged at approximately twice the standard unit price. The sample fee can be refunded or credited against a confirmed bulk order.
Sample production typically takes 7–10 days, and shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Colors accpets incoterms with EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, CNF, CPT & DAP etc for bulk shipment. We can deliver samples by air as well according to your requirements.
