Our core steel and iron outdoor furniture production is managed through a coordinated in-house manufacturing route. This gives buyers better control over structure, finish consistency, quality and repeat orders.

Steel tubes and components are cut, bent and formed according to approved product specifications.

Frames are welded, checked for alignment and structural consistency, then ground and prepared for surface treatment.

Steel and iron frames undergo pretreatment to remove rust and prepare the metal surface for the coating system.

E-coating is applied as part of our standard steel outdoor furniture coating process to improve corrosion protection before the final finish.

Powder coating is applied according to the approved color and finish, with Pantone color matching available for customized projects.

Rope weaving, cushions, hardware and product assembly are completed according to the approved sample and specifications.

Structure, dimensions, stability, workmanship, finish, hardware and appearance are checked through production and before shipment.

Products are protected, labeled, packed and inspected before loading, with loading records and shipment preparation completed in-house.

CONTROLLO QUALITÀ
Quality control follows the approved product specification, color sample, packaging requirements and pre-production reference throughout manufacturing.
Third-party inspections by customer-appointed QC teams or inspection companies are welcome.
Applicable product testing can also be arranged through third-party laboratories such as SGS, TÜV or Intertek according to project and market requirements.
Testing to applicable standards such as EN 581 can be arranged when required.

Our factory showroom displays 200+ outdoor furniture products. Buyers are welcome to schedule showroom visits, factory tours and on-site factory audits.
