OUTDOOR FURNITURE MANUFACTURING
From metal frame fabrication and rope weaving to upholstery, assembly and export packaging, we manage the key production stages required to manufacture consistent outdoor furniture collections.
Built around rope seating, lounge furniture and coordinated outdoor dining collections.
PRODUCTION ROUTE
Key production stages are managed in-house at our Foshan factory, allowing us to control structure, surface treatment, finish consistency, assembly and shipment preparation throughout the order.

FRAME MANUFACTURING
Cutting, bending, welding and grinding are completed according to the approved drawing, tube specification and reference sample. Frame dimensions, alignment and structural workmanship are checked before surface treatment.
01
Prepare components to the dimensions defined by the approved product specification.
02
Form tubes and profiles to the required geometry while maintaining repeatable dimensions.
03
Join structural components and review visible workmanship against the order standard.
04
Refine weld areas and prepare visible surfaces before the selected finish route.
05
Check key dimensions, alignment and structure before the frame moves forward.
STEEL SURFACE TREATMENT & COATING
Our standard steel and iron furniture production includes pretreatment, e-coating and powder coating before final assembly.
01
Removes rust and contaminants from the steel surface before chemical pretreatment.
02
Prepares steel and iron surfaces for the subsequent coating stages.
03
E-coating is applied as a standard stage for our steel outdoor furniture to improve corrosion protection and coating coverage.
03
The approved color and finish are applied after e-coating, with Pantone color matching available for customized projects.
ROPE WEAVING
Rope furniture depends on more than color. Diameter, weave direction, spacing, connection details and hand tension all influence the finished appearance and comfort.
Color, diameter, touch and intended outdoor use.
Pattern, spacing, direction and connection details.
Manual control against the approved appearance.
Review visible defects, loose ends and finished symmetry.
CUSHIONS & SOFT COMPONENTS
Fabric, cushion dimensions, filling, stitching and fit can be coordinated according to the approved product specification.

ASSEMBLY & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Production management connects order specifications, approved samples, materials, process stages and final delivery preparation.
01
Use the confirmed drawing, specification, finish and sample as the production reference.
02
Sequence frame, finish, material application, assembly and packaging requirements.
03
Check alignment, hardware fit, stability, function and complete-item appearance.
04
Track material readiness, production status and shipment preparation against the agreed plan.
PACKAGING OVERVIEW
Packaging should protect visible finishes, keep hardware and instructions organized, support practical handling and reflect the buyer agreed carton and labeling requirements.
